I bought a book about beermaking. Very informative and well worth the 10$ i paid for it. It was just a small, maybe 70ish pages. Dont remember the name. If i remember ill look when i get home. It shows what you'll need to get started.
You'll probly want to start with an ale, they are a little more forgiving.
Yea I've been reading up on it too, I probably will start with an ale but I really want to make lagers just have to find a cheap *** chest freezer on craigslist and keep the temp right.

this is a good one for malt lovers

Id like to try this one. I really like their honey brown. Id like to buy a six pack to try it but in Pa wwe have to buy from distributors cases only. So ive been reluctant to pull the trigger.
