One time I was at a gas station buying some pop and chips ect for me and my girlfriend. A crack head looking girl was by the register waiting on me. I set my stuff on the counter and the girl pulled out her food stamp card and said hey if I buy that with my card for you, will you give me the cash amount?

I politely laughed and said no mam, that card is for your children, not you're habits. Payed cash and left.

There isnt a **** thing wrong with EBT as long as those on it really need it. My mother is on the **** since she got screwed out of her retirement by IBM and after her SS is eaten up by her mortgage and bills she has nothing left to get by on. As it is myself and the rest of the family still help her out since the state gives her $131.00 a month for food. Its BS when crackheads and others like them get 400-600 a month and sell it for drugs and the people who worked all their life and are too old to now get screwed.

Not everyone on assistance is screwing the system people......
