no, they dont. They ship it in that crappy white boxes with the trash bag-n-foam thing going on. Thilo cost savings special right there bro.

That was TC's fault, not the shipping company. Those subs are heavy, and fragile. Packaging an 18 in that manner is inexcuseable. It should have a wooden structure of some sort.

TC is sending a new sub, kyle said this is the first case of the packaging failing.

It came wrapped, the sub had to fall out of the box after a severe drop, and after that fedex just ***** it.

I'll see how soon I'll get the new sub and what It will cost me, if anything.

I'm glad they anwsered so quickly.

So far, I got an email back, after sending one maybe an hour ago, says they'll send me a new one tommarow, said nothing about returning the old one, nor nothing about paying shipping.

If that is how it goes down, that is an awesome deal. Hmm!!!

Sub wont be for sale...However TC sounds has taken care of me very very very well, excellent company, highly recommened!!!!
