you got it from somewhere besides tc i presume, as my 15 came with vacuum sealed foam all over

I would have refused the packaged.then called tc and told them you refused it and why.now fedex will just say it was not packed well enough and screw everybody for the insurance.

looks like the fedex guy set it up in his truck to test it for u lol, id def be making a claim on that looks like it was man handled by a coffee make and a toaster.

If it was my money, I would be getting a new one. If they don't, it's time to start contacting the credit card company to do a chargeback.

That packaging job sucks. I would pack a 12 pound sub like that.

TC must not love you, they ship most of the beefy subs in crates...dont they? mines came in a crate
