Texas or USC, FTW

ya no way texas wins. usc can pass, run, and play defense. vince young is great and all but hes like mike vick, hes a hella good runner but cant pass from the pocket. he only passes for like 150-200 a game.
Tell me; how many times did Vince get to play the 4th quarter this year? How many times did USC have to have all their offensive superstarts in until the end of the game?

If people think the Horns are one-dimensional, then obviously no one has seen many of our games this year. Most teams have put 8 men in the box and dared us to throw...and throw we did. When you have a top 5 defense (unlike another team from the Pac-10 playing in the Rose Bowl), you don't need 600 yards of offense a game to win.

BTW, I was there on Saturday...we didn't just put 70 points on CU, we did it before half of the 3rd quarter was over.

Edit: I would like to add I don't see either team dominating the other; I think it'll be a good, close game. I think the Horns have a good chance, but it's stupid not to respect what USC has done over the last 34 (or is it 35) games.

I'm going with USC in a nail bitter... I think this could be the game that defines college football for this decade! USC has a proven leader in Leinart (the Peyton of NCAA) and possible future hall of famer in Bush. The D is adequate and will be able to slow down Texas one or two drives during the game. Gosh I wouldn't put money on either team though. I bet both of these teams could compete in a single game vs. the 49er's.
