I am an OU fan so you can imagine how hard it will be for me since Tex is our biggest rival and well you know I hate to USC but I will enjoy seeing Tex whoop USC.

Tex and Mac deffinately deserve it.

You want to make a small wager that Texas can't score 31? USC defense is nothing special, not even a top 10 'D'. Look what Fresno state put up against USC, Texas is much better.

i dont bet but im still holding to what i said. give usc that much time to prepare is asking for you to change your whole scheme. texas didnt look so special against texas a and m or osu and fresno would kill either of them. usc will play a smart game and i think they will gladly let vince run (ou did too when ou was upper tier) force him to run inbounds and jack him a few times he wont be so sure about running it anymore. usc can power run, beat them with speed and do alot of damage in the air and texas is soft up the middle. when a defense is weak in 1 area i think usc's coaching staff will exploit it causeing them to use more people to stop the run then they will open up the woop ***. usc's offense can do everything well and i dont see them growing the grass on the rose bowl turf to 8" to slow them down. home feild advantage plus being in the championship game for 3 straight years and winning 2 straight? give me 1 logical reason why texas will win.

I know even though I am supposed to hate UT more then any thing on this earth and vice versa I just cant see the point for rooting against our confrence. ya no way texas wins. usc can pass, run, and play defense. vince young is great and all but hes like mike vick, hes a hella good runner but cant pass from the pocket. he only passes for like 150-200 a game, while matt leinart is throwing for 300+ and bush/white are running for 150 each.

I voted USC in a close game. I just don't see how Texas' one dimensional offense can outscore USC. That is if Leinart is healthy enough. Yesterday he was throwing everything high because his knee was bothering him and he wasn't stepping into his passes enough and therefore they were going high and floating on him. That will be the X factor.

Texas will stack the line with 8 man fronts and make Leinart beat them through the air. If he has a good game.....USC by 2 touchdowns. If he struggles.......Texas by a fieldgoal.
