It is very hard to make a sequel or prequel to be anywhere near as good as the original. I beleive they acomplished it here, just like Batman the Beginning.

I personally think it sucked ***.

Acting: sub-par

Dialog: Ehhh

Scary Factor: Poop

The only redeeming factor was getting to see what a lot of the family was like before.

I mean, maybe I'm being to hard on it, maybe I expected too much outta it.

eh it wasnt scary all it is, is blood blood blood an occasional scream some yelling and then is back to blood...nothing like the original and the remake

What makes an original better is you don't know what going to happen, you don't know the guy cuts faces off and wears them. Cuts people up with chainsaws and eats them. Thats what made the original better, the shock factor.

Like Crank. It was great because you did'nt expect 3/4 or more of what was going to happen in that flick. Now, when or if Crank 2 comes out you will already know what it's about and can predict most of whats going to happen, making the movie not quiet as good as the original. Atleast thats how I perceive it as.

i downloaded it and it wasn't too bad. i never watched the originals, well i did when i was real young but don't remember them. is it just me or was the blond chick hot if she didn't have any freckles?

You guys are smoking crack or something if you didnt think this was a good movie. Hell it wasnt ment to be like the original, was before it anyway! So I dont get why your saying was nothing like the original.

I thought it was fantastic and made me cringe more than a few times. Very gorey and even had some funny parts too it. I give it an A plus and I am a huge Texas Chainsaw massacare fan.
