I dont have my external HD with me with my files on it. Im at a hotel for the next day and the connection is slow as balls. Someone thats already downloaded can verify, but I believe most are 0db with a few -3db tossed in there.

I think the usac soundoff cd that i ripped at my house (or d/l'ed, dont remember totally) has the -3, -6db tones on it.... let me upload it to my file factory hosting site tonight and anyone who would like it (or bass box pro 6) can PM me and I'll hook it up for you ladies.

Why -3db? A 50Hz 0db test tone is the preferred tuning frequency.

Orly? I read various places that a -3 is more accurate when doing your lows, maybe i'm wrong and don't need a -3

0db is better because music rarely ever sees -3db. So by going with the 0db tone your almost guaranteed absolutely no clipping. Where as if you tuned with a -3db and you just happen to pick a song that hits -3db you can still clip if you have it turned up load enough.
