I have an O'scope, where do i put the leads for max undistorted vol on hu and sub amp, and where can i get a good test tone cd?

Just have someone make you the test tones. Or make them yourself.

Otherwise there is a site that has them for free. He is a vendor on CACO. But I can't remember his name.

HU speaker outputs tend to clip before the RCA lines on most HUs, so if you're using the speaker outs at all then monitor one of them with your scope to determine where max volume is. If not, then monitor the sub out RCAs.

Check the sub amp at the sub wires...
