Terrible experience with HiFi Sound Connection.com

Ordered a sub from them on 3/4 at 1050am and was told it would ship same day,next day at absolute latest. They charged my CC the wrong amount and I still have not received the product. I have emailed them several times with no reply yet and have called their telephone number 100's of times with no luck. Spoke to someone on Monday who said they would call back in 5 min and never did. Called yesterday and got a "sorry the mailbox is full" recording and then it hangs up. Spoke to someone there yesterday who said it is in the process of being shipped as we speak....that was more than 24hrs ago and still no tracking info and the order status online does not show that it was shipped. WTF is up with this company? Their phone does not seem to be working today either...

Anyone ever deal with this outfit??? I will never deal with them again.

I've been calling non stop since this AM and the recording comes on immediately again. I'm about to cancel the order, cancel the CC transaction and file a complaint.

Not an option, it does not even pick up. As soon as the line is connected the VM comes on, delivers the message and hangs up automatically.

I'm really getting pissed. I should have had the sub several days ago and as of now it hasn't even been shipped.

Honestly their website is weaksauce and wouldn't order from them just due to that.

That is one mans opinion though.

ya it took me a long time once to get ahold of them on a price match.. guy got on i told him the site he looked at it then just hung up on me..called back, could never get anyone to answer
