Term lab question

i got my usb term lab a few days ago and ive been trying to get it to work right. i tried searching for the answer but i cant find it. it always sits at about 100db's no matter what. it will meter when there is sound but i dont know if its right. if any one knows how to get it to sit at 0 and could tell me i would apprecieate it thank you - doug

Unless you have an anechoic chamber, you don't have a 0dB environment...

oh man wtf everyone's been telling me it is lol i knew they were wrong. i guess they dont understand its a sound PRESSURE level meter. thank you for your help guys

Its in the settings...

Usually set your minimum at like 125db and it wont read anything until the run.

x2, mine is set to start reading at 100 dB.

You may also adjust the max of the meter if you wish.

i set the min to 125 and max is at 180 it sits at 0 but doesnt read below 125 which kinda sucks.
