term lab problems help

ok well i got a term lab second hand,, and it dident come with the regular disk,, so i had to search threw all the files to see which ones are downloadable, an i got the program to open,, but nothing moving , an the mic, is not moving to the surroundin g noise?? plus it is super slow, but its not the computer there is plenty of space,, please help me,, or pm me,.
