okay ima be doing my van this week.

getting a pioneer 6800 should be here wenseday.

got rsd component set.

getting a 4 channel directed amp and a crunch 2250 or some ish like that.

well my dilema is my subs. keep in mind this is going in my work van and space is an issue. i have a box already around 3.1@32hz that i got from fastimes.

i can either run

4-8inch elemental designs ehqs

or a 12inch tc9. the amp im using is rated at 500rms so ill be seeing roughly 400rms@4ohms. i will use that box and if not satisfied will do another one. but for the time beeing im keep the box and crunch amp till late july.

so should i run the 4 8s or the single 12 with that power.

i work at a auto auction and replace all the broken glass on government issued cars. so the w/s rack stays in the car till i leave. tools go with me. will be getting a new tool box this week as my old one is way too big. box for the subs will go behind my seat or where the lil yellow things are. lmk what u guys think.

i know the 8s have more surface area but idk if they will be able to do what im expecting out of them. granted they arent very expensive but 4 of them should add really nice filler bass.

i use to run the tc9 when i 1st got it and it sounded really good but i would be underpowering it drastically

imo there will... but ive never had much luck with 8"s

make two different interchangable baffles for the box... one with the 8"s and another for the tc9

when i ran with the tc9 it gave me rear back glass flex nicely was pretty loud for a budget 12. but i was also giving it around 3-400rms more
