tell me about hard hitting boxes with smaller subs you heard

I am looking to redo my Pathfinder and have been looking at multiple small subs vs. 12's or 15's Ive done before. On the next system, I wont go larger than a set of 10's but have been looking at mainly multilple 6.5's and 8's.

If you heard or built a system that hit hard and fits the bill tell me about it. Looking for info like the typed of subs used, number of subs, the type of box they used (sealed, ported, 4th order, etc.) the size of the box and the power they used.

seen 8x 8's in a forester all wired down to 1000 watts @ 1ohm get nasty loud and my teammate has 4x 8's in his malibu at 1k doin 44's on music just for fun in his daily. I never would of thought 8's could get so loud but I personally am a believer now LOL

Oh yeah, they were all American Bass 8's too btw. The forester had a box set up with internal 8 inch aero ports firing back

I really like my DD SW6.5's... Granted, I only have a pair of them on my SAZ-1000D, but for 6.5's they do some work. I've had people ask if I had a 12 in the back. Nope, look in the back seat. lulz were had. With sufficient quantity, I think they could be quite impressive. A word to the wise, though, they don't like being on that SAZ. One has developed a bit of mechanical noise reminiscent of the voice coil former beginning to separate from the cone. Haven't taken it out to diagnose it yet.
