audioque hdc3 10" vs jl audio w6v2 12"?

I currently have a 12 inch w6v2 in ported box feeding it 600 watts and would the hdc3 10 or 12" ( but mainly looking at a 10") in the right box with 1000-1500 watts be way louder and maintain some sq?

I would say the HDC3 is louder....as for sounding better or as good than the w6 then no lol. It's a good sub but the w6 has great sq.

Like said the HDC3 will be louder but they are not known to have good SQ. Ive owned 3 HDC3s and I liked them a lot.

Logic leads me to say the l7 would be louder, given the surface area difference of the cones, and the hdc3's sound quality will be better given the cone shape.

Round > oddly shaped for sound quality. My logic could be wrong though being that i haven't heard the 2 side by side.

w6 is sound quality woofer, sounds great, decently loud.

aq hdc3, pure spl sub. no if, ands, or buts. they sound OK. largest magnets of the three, can handle 2000rms at the most daily.

L7 15" sound bad in most setups, get loud quick, but need huge boxes and dont like more than rated power.

You haven't heard the right L7 setups //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. The L7's can get stupid loud and sound pretty good in the right enclosure (obviously). The L7 15 is actually closer to an 18 because of the square design. '
