well i sent my moofer into dcole18 to be reconed. well here is his lil process.

sorry to kill it for u derek but i had to post a thread 1st cause im all giddy and ish about this sub. cant wait to get this bish in my room.

i will be sending derek some more woofers and possibly a few more customers his way

the way i recived the motor

i cleaned all that ish off...

then started putting the spiders/spacer, and coil together

the way i prefer to do tensil leads... this way i can bolt them to the terminals

getting ready to put the spiders together

now for pics of the soon to be tripple-joint drying

on to pics of how the cone, cap will look, btw, i figured out the surround is actually a half roll made of buytl rubber (sweet)

in conclusion... i pronounce this sub, teh seckz

well i still dont have the other two mounting bolts... ill prolly do the recone/ship it back with the two i have, then when you get it just go get some more bolts

yeah idk how they got lost? i bolted the thing down with all 4 bolts. and only two made it kinda lame but ehh
