I know how you feel because I shipped a 18" stroker out to CA then he said he didnt want it I gave him like 20 pic of the ****ing thing he didnt ask any ?s about it so he got it and he said he mad it had a crack on the top spider so I was out 40 just for shipping then but what made me more mad is that he never sent it back yet I dont know what to do I would sue him but that would cost more then the sub. any help would be great I just dont know what I sould do????

i'd still sue(at least summons him, that's only like $40 bucks or so, in most places). make the little pr!ck think ur draggin his as$ to court. i tell him i'm suing for all costs incurred(lawyer's fees, court costs, shipping, etc)the whole ball of wax. give him 10 days to return the sub, or it's his bank roll!!

btw, to some of the earlier posts, certain jails are worse then prison. most jails don't allow smoking, have no activities(basketball, yard or anything), some don't have tv, won't allow a tv or anything with a cord, and ur inside 24/7. reading books, playing cards(if ur lucky) and being couped up with other inmates is alll u have to look forward too. after awhile, things get pretty tense. in prison, u get pt, u get tv(some even offer cable), u get to have a job, and for smokers...u can smoke. neither is a fun place(neither are psych wards, mental rehabs and such), and i don't ever want to go back.

thumping someone's as$, while fun at the time, in the end, just ain't worth it. even if you don't get time(usally suspended for first offence or plea bargin), u still have court costs, lawyer fee's and a fine to pay. and that's if the little pr!ck doesn't sue ya for thumping his as$, then u have more court costs, lawyer's fees(his and urs), medical bills and puminative damages to pay. so u tell me if it's worth it.

Id be pissed if you sent me a sub with a cracked spider and didnt mention it

I had pics of every thing I had over 50 pic of the thing even one were I was pushing down on the sub you could see the little crack then and he lives in CA and I live in MI so its a little to long of a drive for my 87 olds with 180,000 miles on it I just hope it gets me to school and back
