I call complete B.S. when they say there is no brain damage. How the hell can there be no brain damage when the brain is going for hours without any oxygen.
There has been a couple drowning cases involving small children falling though ice, they were revived almost an hour after drowning with out significant damage to their brains, this was possible because at low temperatures the bodies oxygen requirements go to almost nil.
