As for the actual cd is the only way to listen, I have tracks that I ripped off my own cds at 256 (for making mixed cds) and I can easily tell the difference betwen an mp3 and the real cd
dave seaman, deep dish, paul van dyke, and satoshi tomiie (tomiie might be spelled wrong) are some of my favorites. if you buy the cd's the sound quality will be amazing. alot of it if downloaded will be shitty.
Ya, I may have to buy cd's because I'm not going to risk using limewire. But there is no quality difference between mp3 and real cd as long as the mp3 has a good bitrate and you burn it as an audio cd not mp3 there should be no quality difference. And thanks for all the suggestions, I'll have to go buy a couple when I get paid.
Limewire is a joke and torrent sites aren't much better for music that's even somewhat obscure. Find someone that has a lot of music and get them to fill up a hard drive. It's realistically the only efficient way to get a good chunk of music. People that have a considerable stockpile of excellent music are almost always willing to share it. Send me a hard drive and I'll give you 30 000 songs if you want.
