Yes this will be daily, tuned to 38hz.I thought about tuning lower as in 28hz to 30hz. But this thing would not meter worth a shit if I had done that....

set up the port for dual tuning. I'm 36Hz daily and 41hz for metering. With the AQ subs I can play plenty low tuned at 36Hz...

We are looking into that. I figure this thing should pick up with authority down to 32hz and up to 44hz. I am stoked to get some #'s:veryhapp:

That was kind of the reason from getting away from the 6 12"s, way to expensive to buy 6 nice subs or even 4 for that matter.

I think around $150 per sub and more power would have easily done it for you vs the $35 hifonics.

Dual tuning is the way to go for a loud daily set up that also will meter.

I've been playing around with the AQ coppers, so I won't be doing anything great on the 30th. Metering the fresh recones tomorrow night and will probably do another set of recones before the 30th. Just trying some diff things to see how the coppers will do daily compared to the alum coils I had before.

spiders are diff and a few other things. According to DJ he gained about 1dB on 2200watts clamped vs the old coppers. I tried coppers last week, but they were at .5ohm, so I reconed again and will see how they do at 1ohm like the alum coils were.
