200 sq inches of port, roughly 13 cubes. Tuned to 38hz, there was a little more work to it, but yeah the shell was perfectly fine so we just switched them.

Wall is extremely solid, 4 1/2 inch steel rods. 9 L brackets and alot of resin, etc.....

Baffle is 1 1/2 inches thick Birch, port is 1 1/2 inches thick also

I actually bought some nice stain for the baffle, but it turned out like shit. I dont know why, other than the stain may have been bad $20 down the drain, but the color the baffle is now matches my car very well, so it looks pretty good

How did you get that old front baffle off so easily?? Was it not glued or something from the first time?
