Team RF 12'' for dd?

Hey Ive seen many posts involving this sub, but my question is in a box tuned for daily driving, like 30-35 hz, off an orion 2500d could this sub be used? I mainly listen to rap, and dont care so much for sq so would this pound out loud deep bass, or can this sub only be used for high frequency spl?

i have a team RF 15 in my office, i got it as a blown sub from a buddy it was a last piece of a deal type thing, that was like 3 plus years ago, so i dont have any exact info on how it would run daily, plus this is a 15 and your asking about a 12....

but, i dont think it would be "bad" to run it daily, even tho it is really an spl sub, mine is dual 1.4's i think and finding the amp to run it daily is the issue...or maybe not...

i heard this 15 in his explorer running off an RF 2k something bd (cant recall exact) and man, the thing was stupid serious in the spl department...

i would be running it off an orion 2500d @ .7 ohm, also, wuld this thing play low frequencys well in a box tuned at 30-35 hz? Did ur friends play deep in his explorer?

well the one that i got, which is the one he had in there, played very well at lower freq for the time i heard it, and this is probably say a period of 2-3 months maybe, and he beat the hell out of it, hints why its blown i guess...

im not sure what the enclosure was tuned to, but i do know that it was in a 5 or 6 cube box, very large job...also had aero ports, 2 of them i believe...

k thanks thats what i wanted to know, so basically, if done right this sub will pound with rap music. I was just hoping that it wasnt only geared to play high freqencys. I have a bmw 740il and dimensions are about 38w 26d 14h so a single 12 should be fine, that about 5 ft^3. I just wanna pound rap and get some great lows.
