This is going out to the entire team as well as the community as a whole. Many recent posts regarding phat hertz have included the poor business practices of Mark (TCAB). The community has a right to be outraged, anyone that could put themselves in the shoes of those who haven't received enclosures would be. The team also has a right to be upset about this as this has directly reflected us. To those who haven't received your enclosures, all I can say is I hope you see this through to the end and receive some type of resolution to this mess.

The entire team and others have made more than a valid effort to help Mark with this situation. At this time we are still currently helping those who have yet to receive enclosures and a teammate any way we can. How much longer he stays a teammate will depend on his near future decisions. At this point I wish Mark would just come to us and tell us he needs help or keep us updated as to how these enclosures are coming along, but Mark is a big boy and will make his own decisions. I'm extremely torn because Mark is a teammate and someone I consider a friend that would help me out in time of need. I can't tell you how many times I've been at Mark's house til the sun came up helping out on one anothers installs the night before a show. But those who have yet to receive enclosures are justified in feeling wronged.

The team who is not taking this lightly, and has voiced opinion on this one and is in the process of taking action I regrettably say has to be taken. Like said this is directly reflecting not only Phat Hertz but Kicker as well, the question could just as easily be raised to Kicker of why they would allow a teammate like this to continue to be on the team. The fact still remains that Mark is and will remain a strong contender in the lanes, I only wish he can remain on the team after turning the leaf and making the right decisions and getting this unfortunate situation cleaned up.

I believe and will present this idea after speaking with teammates including Mark and those involved, that I think we should set a deadline of getting a certain number of enclosures done and follow up with this. Saying they will get done doesn't necessarily mean they are getting done.

Phat Hertz' view by the community has gone in a route I feel the entire team can admit we never wanted. I've always said in business that my name is worth more than any amount of money and in this case I feel the team's image should be just as if not more important than the #s we're doing. Granted this is internet discussion and it's virtually impossible to please everyone but I want everyone to know that Phat Hertz will not tolerate any type of questionable behavior by any of its members (my *** life not included //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif). The team's effort to help the community out along with Mark should speak volumes about its members who will strive to continue to put forth a just attitude and carry a great level of respect those who show the same.

Just trying to clear the air and let everyone know that we aren't just sitting idly by any of this.

Good post man, This is very true. I put on our team forum that he has 2 weeks to get boxes done or hes out. 2 weeks is plenty of time to 5 boxes at the least. Sucks that it came to this
