It blew in august and was repaired by dB-r
Here is what Chris said
"It's done. I didn't find a transformer short, but I did silicone the wires coming off them to help prevent rubbing later on, it's a common failure mode. We beat on it good for about 30 minutes, 100-200 amps @ 12V and it never missed a beat. We did find 2 of the outputs that had broken legs, but weren't bad, so we changed them anyway. And did the soldering upgrade on the whole amp. I did find some exposed copper traces along the edge of the PCB where it slides into the slot inside the heatsink to hold the board in place and it could have been exposed/damaged from a previous repair. This could have shorted to the case and blew the power supply because it was the gate drive trace for that side of the amp that blew. I put Kapton tape all down the edges of the board before I reinstalled it so it won't happen again. That may be why the amp blew. Someone had worked on this amp before, maybe the factory or ARC or something... Also had to repalce a stripped speaker terminal. Be careful how tight you tighten those wires, the connectors on the amp are only made of pewter and strip really easy if you overtighten the screws."
It was only mounted on my box prior to repair, after repair I made an amp rack and have it sitting on rubber feet.
