TCAB / Mark Potts help

letter from the attorney FTW!
Like that, huh!?

We'll see if he comes through this time. Still have no tracking info from him on the $$$. I specifically said to send it via a service that you can track to avoid the "oh, I sent it, guess it got lost in the mail" BS.

Just got this email back, apparantly your addy was misspelled on> the ROE

I will take the $234 now, and the rest when you have it in a> couple of

He told me he would get it done the next day and send me the tracking number. After an email or two requesting the tracking number, this is what I get:

Hey,

I was going to do it through paypal - figured it would go smoother...

and I was owed some $ so I'd be able to do the full refund to you... but

the account was limited for what I thought was a neg balance of 8 bux...

as it turns out, it was limited because of open claims, I thought all of

them were over with (hell, im already broke...)... so, there goes $59...

on top of having to pay the cable bill just so I can even get this all

arranged... All I'll haveleft once the paypal hits the account will be

$99 or so, which will go your way...literally leaves me with the change

I have in my pocket.

I'll have what I can send as soon as paypal frees up my account... and

the rest as soon as I can get it.

Can't ship anything because i'm so broke, people demand refunds, what $

comes in goes right out, happens all over again...what a mess.

TCAB was his job.....

He was making some serious bank off of making boxes for a living, definitely more than he could be making at a normal job. He just f*cked it up big time.

So how did he get so far behind?

If he put in 8 hours a day, like at a normal job........how did it get to this point?

I always figured he made boxes as a side thing, to supplement his other job or whatever.

I never said he put in 8 hour days like a normal job.

In all honesty, had he done that he would have never fallen behind. The problem was that he was his own boss so he worked on things when he felt like it rather than when he HAD to.
