Theres a whole deal of events that fell into place in order for him to be able to move.
I'd rather not get into it, but I'll just say that it's not costing him anything to set up shop down there.

Nothing to hear really.

He couldn't get crap done at his old house, and I can vouch for him on that. Once his sister moved in it was just a cluster-f*ck of crap everywhere, on top of the crap he already had there.

But I don't exactly believe that him having his own space is going to change the way he runs things. Maybe he learned from his mistakes?

Either way, he tarnished his own reputation forever.
