How much power would i need to get one of these 15's pumping good, would a viper 1200 producing 1200 RMS get the job done or do i need more. Because if i can push one with a Viper 1200 then i was going to get two if not i was going to get one 18" or one TC4HP 15

1200 should be okay. anything 1000+ gets them moving, mine gets 2000..and takes it well.

do you have 2000+ watts? then sure, go for it.

I am getting them direct from TC and I was going to put 1200 to each 15 3HP or 2400 to a 4HP unless the 3HP can take the full 2400

i have my tc3hp hooked up to a orion 2500d and it sounds great:crazy: . just make sure you set your gain right.

Alright so i need some help. I need some opinions on what would be the best daily driver with the most output. I will be running whatever i choose with 2 Viper 1200's. Alright should i get 4 TC9 15's, 2 TC3HP 15's, or strap my amps and get one TC4HP 15

The TC9's are the same thing as the RL-p's right? Or as the Eclipse aluminums. And Mike at Soundsplinter said that 600 watts would run them to their potential one could use more but there is no need. And i have seen Eclipse Aluminums on a Brutus 1500 and they were moving pretty good and i know i have at least as much power as a Brutus on each pair. Each sub would be seeing 600, that is not even close for a TC9? How bout TC7's?

RL-p's use the TC9 motor...similar, but not quite exactly the same.

we are talking about the tc3hp. totally different driver than the tc9

As Jack said; The Rl-p is based on the TC9 with some slight modifications over the "stock" TC9.

Or as the Eclipse aluminums.

IIRC the Alums are the TC7
