tc1000 or db500

ok i have been looking at the 500's and the 1000's and they dont seem to be that much different, so is it worth it to spend the extra money to get the 1000 or do the db 500's do about the same thing?

a big difference is cosmetics(cast basket on 1000, stamped on 500), and box size. The db500 will need a much larger box.

TC-1000 will work in a smaller enclosure, at the expense of natural low-freq. extension (not a big deal in-car).
