Dan that has nothing to do with it. I was told it was a legal matter now. So now it is up to the two parties involved. Neither of which are soundsplinter or SSA.

I explained in the PM reply to you about it. Yes SSA hosts the SoundSplinter forums, SoundSplinter is made by TC. But if anyone has noticed, the moment TC opened to public sale of their own product, SoundSplinter sales have dropped off the map, period. I am not connected to TC, TC has their own forum and their own product. Just a short while ago you were best buds with TC, now your taking aim at them. Once again which has nothing to do with me, CA.com, SSA, or SoundSplinter.

 

That is between you and TC.

 

So now this most recent issue has gone to a legal matter. Once again, which has nothing to do with me, CA.com, SSA, or SoundSplinter. Since it is a legal matter, by what I was told, it should stay between you and TC, NOT PUBLIC ON CA.COM. Regardless of if people are interested in it or not. I love to read all the dirt on all the companies, its kind of fun at times, but this is a legal issue. Which means it is not the business of anyone here at CA.com, just you and TC.

 

You have taken shots at me now via PM and in these topics. It is not helping your rep. honestly. There is no grounds for pointing any fingers at me for doing the right thing. If you want to point fingers, call TC. Please don't and I mean ever refer to me with the words Wiggins or ICIX in the same topic, I have done nothing what so ever to warrent those connections.

Eh im not taking aim at TC, I dont have to....there are plenty of people to do that. I honestly dont care about them, but what I do care about is the truth. I dont like the facts I found being skeewed into kyle's propaganda machine incorreclty - and thats what I had issue with. The second you deleted that thread, you signed yourself up with him. Pure and simple.
