TC sounds

I am looking into the TC sounds TC-9 and the TC-1000. What are the benefits of each? They look very similar to me. They are nearly the same price, so which one is better? They will be going in a ported box, run by an Orion 1200d amp. I was thinking about kicker subs, but them i found these. It would be nice to get some SQ and get loud as well. I was thinking two of either sub, instead of four CVR's. Which is better out of the TC sounds subs and a pair of L7's. Thanks.

Might I suggest that you call TC Sounds and talk to them? I'm not trying to be a smartass, although I am. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif Their customer sevice and sales people are incredibly knowledgable and will be able to suggest which one based on your needs. They would probably know better than all but a select few on this forum.

I would go with the TC9's which are the same as the Soundsplinter RL-p's. The TC9's will work in a box almost half as large as the TC1000, unless they are changing the parameters. TC9's are great subs and will really sound very nice and accurate while retaining high volumes. Great subs for the money.

i wouldn't say the TC-9's are the same as RL-p's but they are close. and between the TC-9 and TC1000 i would definately go with the TC-9

Kyle swore up and down a tc2000 was the twin of the RL-p..
