I've had a good experience when it comes to TC Sounds customer service. I bought the TC12 OEM when they had that sale but the catch is I sent payment right after they were sold out. Less than a week later when I realize I'm the only one that doesn't have a tracking # or a woofer, I call up Heather and ask whats going on. She explains to me that they missed my order because they didn't take down the purchase link fast enough when they were sold out and they don't have anymore TC12s. She then offers me a TC2000 instead (for the same price.) I then explain to Kyle that the TC2k wasn't good for what I needed because I wanted a sub that goes super low in a sealed box. They then built another TC12 specifically for me, got it within a week. Kudos to TC.
