TC Sounds Liquidation Inventory

Thorn its great to see someone here who has actual knowledge of how these things are processed and can actually explain it.
the connection in terms of parts should be looked into thoroughly between TC and Audiopulse.

considering these boxes for audiopulse are listed in the initial inventory of TC

http://www.auctionflex.com/showlot.ap?co=23738&weventid=4779&weventitemid=1810143&wmaingroupid=0&wcatmastid=0&inventorytype=&minyear=2008&minmonth=4&minday=11&maxyear=2009&maxmonth=4&maxday=11&keyword=&lotsortorder=lotnumasc&pagenum=2&action=&lang=En

the move has seemed to have been planned through TC initially and then bankruptcy filed later.

The subwoofers used by both companies are identical, just rebranded under a different model name, I do not see how it is at all possible that parts were not transferred between TC and Audiopulse, when there are patents claimed on certain parts of the speaker assemblies and the like, one would have had to transfer to the other considering they're ran by the same person.

Honestly, I want to see this company go down, they were decent about a year ago, and then decided to institute a 200% price increase on their regular products and the customer service is less than subpar.

Your a ****ing retard! The subs are far from exactly the same as the ones TC Sounds offered. I'd like to see you go down for being a moron and spreading lies. Go kill yourself and do the world a favor.

yeah sure, they're not identical:rolleyes:

show me otherwise except from tc that's just them claiming they're different in order to institute a price increase.

Or we can look at parts express who is selling the drivers now on the close out

Now you can buy an authentic TC Sounds 12" DVC Subwoofer for the price of some entry level subwoofer drivers. This exceptional driver is equivalent to the Audiopulse Epic EPD212 but with a brushed aluminum cone. Supplies are limited.

theres a slight difference in the ts specs between the two, which can just be attributed to a change in soft parts, even just the cone materials, otherwise they are the same drivers.

its the same motor, just a different cone, and maybe a slightly changed spider

Lets look at it in a more logical sense then since you cant seem to process anything reasonable.

Audiopulse was around when TC was still considered to be in business, and since they were on their way out into bankruptcy chances are they didnt have alot of money.

Now if they did have to make new drivers, or claim improvements over the TC drivers for use at Audiopulse, that would mean that the motors would have to be redesigned and remachined.

Since all of their work is obviously not done on site, and machining and building of parts is contracted to other companies, that means that they need capitol to put up to have these parts redesigned and machined.

Considering they were entering bankruptcy it is highly unlikely that they were able to afford the costs of redesigning the motors and having them machined and tested.

Here's the question however, what's an inexpensive way to change drivers around that can benefit them while still being cost effective?

Changing the soft parts.

Simple way to change around the specs of the subwoofer, while still being able to utilize the same old motors but possibly gaining performance at a reasonably small cost.

And comparing the T/S specs, the changes between the TC drivers and the Audiopulse drivers, is minimal at best, and is just an obvious change of soft parts that could have been instituted on any of the old TC motors.

Now thats a logical argument to show that the drivers are as close to identical as they could be, where's yours to show that they're different?

is it possible to bid on the whole lot as one bid jusat take everything if so someone let me know and i may just start to builkd some subbies (not that i know how but i figre there are a few spares to learn with)
good luck getting that shipped to austrilia, those pallets of ferrite cant be cheap to ship

2Tone has been pwned so many times its not even funny. Also to Parker G, they are the same baskets and motors, the softparts are slightly changed but overall the subs are identical.

what killed them? i thought they were once a buildhouse for eclipse and such.. what happened to taht?
if you've looked at many of the companies they produced for, a few, if not many have dropped the tc based drivers.
