the idea if a business is to protect personal assets, im sure he profited personally. Tc sounds we bankrupt, not Thilo, Im sure he can legally purchase this stuff just as well as anyone else.

yes, most businesses are set up as some degree of corporatio to protect personal assets in the case of bankruptcy, thilo could start anothe business, TD sounds say, and legally purchase his product back.

the catch is that the business has to be open for i believe 2-3 years before it becomes its own "legal" entity. So you have to keep the doors open that long atleast.

im not an expert on the legalitys just speaking from experience, ive seen small corps go under and the individual is protected as long as he doesnt use the business for personal finances, but if he puts vehicles houses partyly in the business name,theyre gone.
