no interest in any amps unless its a sundown 4 channel or 1500d, cannot go lower on prices as i cant afford to foot the shipping on a 50 pound sub, and dont really wanan go lower on the amp.

As for the phone its not CDMA so i cannot flash it over to my service but thank you for the offer.
