Yet another driver I was happy to have pass through my hands, this is an old school 3HP. This thing is ready for a nice vented enclosure tuned to your liking, with about 1500RMS put to it. It will make a great daily solution, providing a nice frequency response (nice and deep) but also getting loud when you want it to. It's performance is just shy of the famed Eclipse 15" Ti which, as many of you know, is also a 3HP. The only reason it's not a match output-wise is due to the 8" spiders, the Ti has 10" spiders. Still, an easy and very well composed 2.5" stroke. Condition is great, with a tiny bit of excess glue around the dustcap and some very minor marks here and there from use. Function is perfect, the spiders are still perfectly level and the coils all read the same (1.7 if I recall). It's a quad 2ohm driver.

I'd just like to have it in case I need it. I guess that's what my OG Assassins are for...one question, about the SW8000, what sized sealed box did you end up preferring it in? I've heard a wide range, but I've gathered that they like larger boxes in the 1.5-1.8ft^3 area. Since we'll both have the same 8's up front, I figured you'd be a good person to ask.
