they're in the process of making the tc series with black cones. Im having trouble finding out what black cones they'll be using. they also use them on the tc1500 but that isnt available on the internet?? maybe i'm releasing info I shouldnt be.

they use it on the 3000 as well as the 5200 competition package.

also, know anything about the specs of the 1500?

The new titanium cones will have the TC Sounds logo on it this year. I dont know about the black ones yet, since the logo is etched on there and not a sticker or ink.

why don't you check out http://www.tcsounds.com should have all the specs on any woofer you're looking for. As far as the cone goes, the only black one I know of is the CP...in snoopdan's pic. I don't see them switching everything over to them b/c they're recommending not to tune below 32hz for the CP package.
