I know where the guy who said "repost" got it from and in his defense there were a lot of people on here who didn't believe TC was going under so they posted that TC was still in business. It might have been because those people had drivers at TC for warranty work and were hoping to have their drivers fixed.

Now that the bankruptsy is public, it pretty much sums things up. It'll be interesting to see who buys what patents (and before anyone asks - LMT is not one of them as LMT is not patented). I know who I've got my bet on for the baskets but I don't know about the surround patent.

Don't know much about bankruptcy and business, but wouldn't "Audiopulse" be considered a brand, like Pioneer Premier?

If Pioneer went out of business it wouldnt be listed under "premier" it would be listed under "pioneer"
