either TC-7, TC-1000, or Fi SSD in a sealed box, .85cu ft airspace a piece, 550 watts a piece

Which will sound better? What will be the differences?

thing about tc sounds subs are they require a small space and still perform well

Well, I can't say I've really heard anything bad about them, but you should consider brands like Soundsplinter, Stereo Integrity, RE, DD etc etc.

the RL-i looks nice too and the tc-1000 is not a choice anymore because it is on backorder

will there really be that much different in the sound from the subs i mean do subs differ that much in sound?

Yes, those subs will sound different in the same box as they will have very different alignments.

I would go with the TC-7 all day out of those three for a sealed box. It won't be the loudest option but it will have nice low frequency extension while still having a nice kick and nice transient response.

oh i didn't even know they made a 12" model they don't have them on their site

thanks for the offer but i can't really fit a 12 because of the depth and i would like to use the box i already have that fits 10's

get the tc-7 i just put mine in a week ago and it sounds nice and gets pretty loud
