TC 3000 15" vs AA Havoc 15"

I am looking to upgrade from TC 2000 because it doesn't produce enough SPL and raw power, however, I am now addicted to sound quality. I would appreciate not loosing any sound quality. I am looking to buy an upgraded woofer and have considered FI Q/AA Havoc/Audiopulse Axis/RE XXX/TC 3000.

Any woofer purchased will go into a 4.7 cu 30hz box and initially powered by a Mmats D300 (700+ watts at 13.8 at 4ohm) More like 1000 but whatever. Power is a non-issue because if that needs to be upgraded so be it.

I am looking to spend $400 or less used cost. I have the TC3000 vs AA Havoc compared because those can be purchased used right now. ANY OTHER WOOFER SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED.

I was thinking that too especially considering the increased power handling and it enjoys the big box.
