Lol trust me I realize that and get mad about it... but aside from voting Conservative, what more can I do?

So what all you bros are saying is that you "loan" the federal gov't your monies over the course of the year, interest and penalty free, and then get it back a year later. Hmmmmm, I wonder what the feds would do to you if the situation was reversed and you told them you will take a year to pay your current taxes. Hmmmmmmm....

Ah, I claim lots of exemptions and settle up when taxes come due. Taxes stay the same, but no/less free loan. BTW this tax credit is ignored by a lot of folks EITC - it's not just for families with children . You didn't need to have a kid last year, and it was refundable for those who didn't owe anything.
