1. its not permanent I see no reds or whites which are hard to removeWhile I find it amusing too, I guess I'll be the stick in the mud that mentions that even if she did cheat on him, permanently disfiguring her body like that is way way way over the line, and he should be punished to the full extent of the law. At the very least, she should win her lawsuit, and he should be barred from ever tattooing another human being for the rest of his life. Inexcusable act of immaturity with life-long consequences. The guy is a moron if nothing else, for not realizing he would get sued for big bucks and probably go to jail over his little bright idea. I hope his few hours of laughing about it was worth negatively affecting the lives of two people forever.
