Well I finally got on the task of getting my SLC's into my 1990 Honda Accord.
Although I would have liked to get the crossover out of the door, it simply wasnt going to happen without me taking my car to someone with more expertise then me, since running new wire into the car and door requires alot of work. So I had to get creative to find a place for the crossover, and with the aid of some backstraps managed to find a temporary spot until I can get my sheet metal to cover the panel and mount the crossover on.
Also note that my car is old, and has been abused over the years of me learning car audio on it. The panels arent quite what they used to be and the car definately shows its age both inside and out. But everyone starts somewhere right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Anyways, on with the pics.
a shot of the trunk, still a "work in progress" :
Since I am still in the ''break in'' phase of these, Its still early to write a review, but if what they sound like already are any indication, these components have completely blown me away. Without any major tuning, these things sound like champs. In about a week or so I will get down to the fine tuning aspects and try to write a solid review.
I have to give a major shout out to the Don (6spdcoupe). Not only was he willing to ship to me here in the north pole (Canada), but he answered anything I had to ask. Thanks again Don!
