I'll post a more detailed reasoning later.

QSC (Extremly solid, well built, good components, solid sound) > Tapco (Well built, decent componets, clean sound) > Behringer (Ok build quality, ok components, higher power rating than the other two IIRC, sound quality can be odd and have inconsistancies because of lower quality parts)

I have two of the Behringer amps and I love them.. I have yet to run into a problem with either of them... I am even running one of them at 4ohms on a pair of Peavey Low rider subs and It has yet to overheat.... Go with the Behringer.
