Tang Band 6x9s in IB/free air: any input?

I'm looking to ditch my 2 CVR-12s and go with these. My main concern is getting the frequency response to go as low as possible...

In any case anyone know if the Tang Band 6x9s or the 6.5" subs will work in an IB setup? I'm just looking to throw them in the stock rear deck positions in my '93 Accord. I'll probably low pass them at 100Hz or something. LMK
