im thinking about buying a pair of tang bad 6/9s the subwoofer version what can i expect and how much power shoud i give em 100 watts or so.....and where is the best place to buy them.

if you are putting them in a factory rear deck or something like that you have to enlarge the hole a little, or so I heard

im just tryin to get a little bass with out spending alot of money i can get two re8s for 90 bucks...i have a 92 eclipse that im tryin to hook up the stuff in my sig but i drive a diffrent car every day so im just tryin to but a little ooopf in it

Have you looked at the 6.5 subs at Partsexpress? Then you could put them in the 6x9 location, and keep your trunk space. I went with the Kicker SSMB6, they sound good. I have the W69-1042J hooked up in the Garage and they sound very good. Jdawg is correct about the need to cut, inorder to make them fit. I think they are more like 6.5x 9.25.
