Ummm it is not that rare to vomit and sh!t at the same time.
Senior year in HS I was in a deep sleep, woke up at 2 am and instantly threw up and had diareah in my bed.
I am not lying lol.
After the initial 'WTF' and explosion of bowels and vomit in my bed, I ran to the bathroom and slammed the door, turned on the vent and crouched by the toilet preparing for the next wave as I could feel it (was not expecting diareah again, couldnt feel it).
Bam it hit again, diareah all over the floor while vomiting in the toilet. Single handedly one of the worst nights of my life. After the two 'double fountain' events. The diareah was done, however I ended up throwing up one more time, but this time it was pure Bile. After that I was thirsty as a mother fucker as I lost like a ton of water from my system.
I had to sip on water the whole night, cuz it was impossible to gulp without extreme pain, while being tired as sh!t and my a$shole was chapped as fvck.
I remeber after the second explosion of sh!t and vomit @ the toilet, I took off all my clothes and put them in the trashcan next to the toilet. lol
That bathroom and my bed were like untouchable. Thankful my mom is a nurse and has seen alot more disgusting things, so she washed my sheets and cleaned up the bathroom for me while I stayed home from school that day.
