Heres how I did. This was on my home built computer with a cheapy 15 dollar sound blaster sound card and some cheap 8 dollar headphones from wally world. Once you get below about 15db you have to listen extremely close to the higher frequencies because they are the only ones that sound distorted below that point. After that point the higher freqencies will sound fuzzy like and its really hard to tell down to -45db.

 
That's not how the test works.... (Lemme guess, you tride to go back and chnge your answer and then you realised that it indeed, does not work like that.
Sorry. I got to that point, finally missed one, took the pic, and quit.
