When we loaded the box into the car, a certain someone who shall remain nameless, used the port to support the weight of the entire enclosure loaded with drivers. The top separated from the center port and the top of the enclosure flapped around. I had it in for the trip to SBN. Haven't messed with it since then.

Some progress I made today.

This is the mock up of what I have so far. I will be doing a countersunk baffle as before with the exception of a second mounting baffle. x3 baffle this time. Firing it into the cabin as well. Hopefully I can make the "tunnel" the box will slide into tomorrow after the game.

The design was purchased from Fisher Custom's.

So I had to take some time out to do another box.

It is for 3-12" W6's 1.5cf per chamber and tuned to 34Hz.

I didn't get to hear it, but the word is it was impressive. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Now back to my original project. I was able to finish the ports and back wall and add the additional 45's today. Tomorrow I will hopefully get the other two baffles cut out and attached. The top is cut, just waiting for a final sanding and glue & screw.

I also hope to get the mount cut so I can determine the placement in the car. I still have a lot to do. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

So I got uber motivated for some reason. I finished up the sanding so everything was flush up top and glued and screwed the top on, finished the initial flush cuts, and cut out the first 2 of 6 circles for the sub mounts. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It is only 7:20PM here so I may go ahead and cut out the other two baffles and get those mounted so I can do the round over on the port and start planning the rest.

Second baffle is cut and installed. I am done though. The countersunk 3rd baffle will have to wait till tomorrow.

More tomorrow. I start my second job on Monday, so I am trying to get this in before all my time is gone. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Looks and sounds excellent, some good flex there..
Nice job.
Thanks! I don't think it is too shabby for 2 sq subs. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
