The box will be 2.25 Cubes at 31.9hz and will go between my back seats in my 01extra cab tacoma. This was my first time doing a flared port or any kind of kerfing. I reinforced the kerf with fiberglass resin and mat. Stay tuned to see how it turns out. I plan to have it done before monday when my amp comes in.





















 
I used Baltic Birch so it might be a little different since its's layered, but you basically make 10 or more cuts depending on how big and tight you want your radius to be. I made 5 in of cuts spaced 1/2in apart for my kurf, but it just depends on what you want to do.

 
Did some more work on it today. Will finish it up tomorrow. Need to put a few more coats on the baffle/kerf, put T-Nuts in, terminals etc. Thanks for the replies!
