Ok im seriously considering putting a fosgate 2500.1 constant power amp on the Xcons been seeing an average birth on em around or over 3krms and do that power at 1 and 2ohms what are your guys opinion on these amps the resources are limited as it is hard to find good review.

the fosgate amps are solid amps.. there not the cleanest amps but there powerful and reliable..

if you want something that sounds better look at the mmats amps.. you can get 2 of the 2200.1s for about hte same price as the RF and there very clean much more efficient and equally as powerful..

have a t2500bd in my car and love it...has yet to disappoint and it barely ever gets luke warm

That birthsheet is from the older 2500.1 i take it, New constant power 2500.1 do the same power from 1-2ohms, nice, 3200rms from 2500.1

Rockford power series amps are top notch all i run best stuff Rockford makes i don't like the subs as much as other stuff at the price point but the power is clean and efficient and powerful especially at dealer cost //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

btw my 1500 puts out 1968wrms @ 1 ohm

what they fail to say is what voltage and thd levels.. the AQ 1200 does over 1400 as well.. for example my RD 1750 does nearly 2400 with 12% THD @ .8ohm..

Yep older 2500 prior to the bdcp versions would love to check one out evntually though I'll post a video of the amp doing some work
